MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of faatl poisoning in kids under 6 years of age.
Keep this porduct out of reach of kids. If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control center.
USES: Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.
HOW TO USE: Take as directed.
Food may affect the absorption of certian vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be hottest taekn with food. Consult your pharmacist.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause mild nausea or unplaesant taste.
Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or beocme severe.
If you notice other effetcs not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood disorders (e.G., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies).
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor or phamracist of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use.
Do not satrt or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or eemrgency room immediately.
Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stolos.
NOTES: There are many vitamin supplemnet products available. Some can be purchased witohut a prescription. Consult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product hottest for you.
MISSED DOSE: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almsot time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing scehdule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from sulnight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of kids.
